These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Biznifly platform and services. By accessing or using Biznifly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. Biznifly is a business management platform that enables users to manage bookings, customer relationships, websites, and operations.
By registering for and using Biznifly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Biznifly platform, whether free or paid. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. We will notify you of material changes by email and require your acceptance of modified Terms. Your continued use of Biznifly constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes take effect 30 days after notification.
Biznifly provides the following services (the "Services"):
Biznifly operates on a subscription model. You agree to pay the subscription fees according to the plan you select. Subscription periods are typically monthly or annual, as indicated at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel in advance.
You agree to pay all fees using a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or other accepted method). You authorize Biznifly to charge your payment method for all fees and charges. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.
If you cancel your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or last charge, in accordance with Hungarian consumer protection law. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Partial refunds are not available for cancellations made after 14 days. Upon cancellation, your access to Biznifly will be terminated, but we will retain your data for 30 days to allow data export or backup before permanent deletion.

You agree not to use Biznifly for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:
Illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, harassment); Spam or bulk communications; Hate speech, discrimination, or violent content; Trademark or copyright infringement; Child safety violations; Malware, hacking, or security attacks; Impersonation or deception; Storing or processing data unlawfully; Harassment or abuse of other users; Any activity that disrupts the platform.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, with or without warning, and potential legal action. Biznifly reserves the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
Biznifly acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for:
Ensuring you have lawful basis and consent to collect customer data; Complying with GDPR, local privacy laws, and your customers' privacy rights; Providing privacy notices to your customers; Maintaining data accuracy; Reporting breaches to Biznifly and supervisory authorities as required.

All content, features, and functionality of the Biznifly platform (including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and documentation) are owned by Biznifly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Biznifly content without permission.
You retain all rights to data you input into Biznifly (customer information, bookings, business content). By using Biznifly, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the Services. Biznifly does not own your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Services, except as required by law.
BIZNIFLY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE BIZNIFLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY HUNGARIAN LAW, BIZNIFLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED €500 OR YOUR TOTAL PAYMENTS TO BIZNIFLY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you. The above limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
You may cancel your Biznifly account at any time by logging into your account settings and following the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will be terminated, and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Biznifly may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted after the retention period.
Biznifly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Biznifly after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Biznifly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Budapest, Hungary.
